1. Do you believe in the inerrancy of scripture?

2. Do you believe that Bible translations are inspired?

3. Do you believe in coercing and emotionally manipulating people to get them to say the sinner’s prayer?

4. Do you believe in tithing, do you tithe? Where do offerings fit in are they the same as a tithe?

5. Do you believe a person has a freewill choice to choose or reject Jesus or are your views Calvinistic or Reformed believing man has no choice, God chooses who He wants and who He doesn’t want to receive forgiveness?

6. Do you believe a person can lose their salvation?

7. Do you believe in Church discipline?

8. Do you support the Church being active in the local Baptist Association?

9. Do you believe the Church must ditch the pews, buy chairs, paint the ceiling black, put spotlights on stage, and turn the lights off over the congregation?

10. Do you believe changing music styles to contemporary will help the Church keep and attract young people?

11. If you have people who want only contemporary worship music and others who want only hymns. Do you believe each should have their own service, if possible, or instead have a blended service where both are sung as long as they are biblically, doctrinally correct and edifying?

14. What is the role of Deacons in the Church with no pastor and what is the role of Deacons in the Church with a pastor? Who should lead the Church? What is the biblical evidence for your stance?

17. Which group is the most effective group to target to get the best return on efforts? Men, Women, Youth, Children, Senior Adults, Single Adults?

18. What is your view of divorce? What are their biblical allowances for divorce?

19. What is the purpose of Worship Songs?

20. Do you preach thematic sermons or expository sermons? Why?

21. What is your view on homosexuality? Can an authentic believer in Jesus be a homosexual?

22. Do you fear Cancel Culture and modify your views to not anger them?

23. What is your view on video recording the Worship Service and posting it on YouTube or the Church Website? Do you think this is detrimental to the long-term growth of the Church as more people stay home to watch at their leisure? Or is it best to just record the sermon on audio only?

24. Do you think anyone can or should teach Sunday School?

25. What is the role of the pastor’s wife in the Church?

26. Do you have an evangelism approach to teach the Church to allow them to share their faith and share the Gospel effectively?
